4 EGGS BEATEN
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
2 TSP. OF ALMOND EXTRACT
2 TSP. OF SALT
2 TSP. OF BAKING SODA
BOIL WATER AND BUTTER; SET ASIDE. MIX EVERYTHING ELSE TOGETHER IN A BOWL. ADD THE WATER AND THE BUTTER. BAKE AT 375 FOR 20-22 MINUTES IN A SHEET CAKE PAN.

1/2 CUP OF BUTTER
1/4 CUP OF MILK 4&1/2 CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 TSP. ALMOND EXTRACT
1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS IF DESIRE
HEAT MILK AND BUTTER TO BOILING. PUT IN A BOWL AND ADD THE OTHER INGEDIENTS. SPREAD OVER COOLED CAKE AND SERVE.
