3 RED SWEET PEPPERS
8 YELLOW PEPPER
4 ANAHEIM PEPPERS
5 JALAPENO PEPPERS
1 QUART CHOPPED CELERY FINE
2 TSP. PAPRIKA
6 CLOVES GARLIC, DICED
3/4 CUPS OF VINEGAR
2 TABLESPOONS OF COARSE PEPPER
1/2 CUP SALT
1 CUP SUGAR
4 TEASPOONS CUMIN

CHOP PEPPERS WITH GLOVES ON AND ADD TO ALL INGREDIENTS AND COOK 1 HOUR(SIMMERING).

SEAL IN BOTTLES AND HOT BATH FOR 20 MINUTES. MAKE SURE LIDS ARE BOILED AND HOT WHEN APPLIED.
