Haystacks (Frito Pie)
Confession: I love frito pie - the send a Valentine's Day card kind of love. It reminds me of high school football games where they open a bag of fritos, pour chili into the bag and top with cheese. Yum! As good as that is, this is better and better for you. Just typing this makes me want to make it for dinner.
