Stuffed Breadsticks

My good friend Heather told me about this one and it was a hit when I tried it this evening.

Ingredients:
Rhodes Rolls (as many as you would need/like)
Various stuffings (like cheeses, meats, vegetables, etc.)
Butter, melted
Parmesan cheese
Parsley

Directions:
Put your rolls out to thaw and rise first thing in the morning. I did it while we were eating breakfast. Then, while you're fixing/eating lunch, flatten out the rolls (that should have risen a bit in the four hours or so) just by pulling them. Fill with your "stuffings" putting any cheeses on first (prevents it from leaking from the seam so much during baking). Fold and seal. Roll in the melted butter and then roll in the Parmesan/Parsley mixture. Place back on plate to continue rising.

At dinner, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Tonight I filled them with cheese and ham or cheese and bacon (I ran out of ham) and Kelly told me that dinner tonight was restaurant-worthy. Pretty cool. Next I would like to try pizza fillings.
