Dutch Babies

If you like German pancakes, then you'll like these because it's the same thing with a twist. Instead of baking them in a 9x13 pan or a pie plate, you bake them in muffin tins. I got this directly off of http://www.makeandtakes.com/ (including the photo).
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
dash salt

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Blend the above ingredients in a blender (it makes it smoother). Pour into greased muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes. Use a knife to loosen pancakes and pop out. Serve with syrup, strawberries, cream, powdered sugar...whatever you like.

Makes 24 individual servings or one 9x13 pan.

We love German pancakes, but these are way cuter! I think this will be the perfect start to summer breakfast for Friday - I even have strawberries!

I have to say that this is our new favorite breakfast. We have it at least once a week! The girls even talked me into making a double recipe because they don't like sharing with their parents - it cuts into their allotment. Last weekend they asked to make them for a special breakfast for dad - and he loved them too!
