Hot Roll Pull-Aparts
This is one of my family's absolute favorites for breakfast. Any morning that we are going to be together, these are requested. Kelly salivates when I even mention them. I like the fact that they are made the night before and then popped in the oven in the morning.
Layer in greased Bundt pan:
1/2 cup pecan pieces
18-20 Rhodes frozen bake & serve rolls
1 (3 oz.) Cook & Serve Butterscotch pudding (sprinkle over frozen rolls)
Combine:
6 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Drizzle this mixture over butterscotch pudding and rolls. Cover bundt pan with plastic wrap sprayed with Pam.
Let rise overnight. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Invert onto serving tray. Serve warm.
Note: I omit the pecan pieces because, as I've mentioned before, my family does not like nuts. Also, it is very important not to use instant pudding. It doesn't work the same. Make sure it's the cook and serve kind. It's also very important to let the rolls stand for 5 minutes after you remove them from the oven. Otherwise, you lose a lot of the sauce because it is to warm and just falls to the bottom instead of coating the rolls.
