Moroni Chicken
We went over to the Franck's house for dinner one evening and this is what they served. My kids have been in love with it ever since and absolutely cheer when I tell them we are having Moroni Chicken for dinner. I also chuckle every time I say the name.
Ingredients:
5 lbs. Chicken breasts
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
2 cans of 7-Up or Sprite
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish (or Dijon mustard)
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Marinate meat for18-24 hours in a large container with a lid (or gallon Ziplock bag). Barbeque slowly.
