Death by Chocolate Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cups butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3.9 oz.) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups mix-ins (I used milk chocolate chips)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugars. Add the eggs one at a time until well incorporated. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl often. Add the vanilla and pudding mix. Slowly add the dry ingredients just until combined. Stir in your choice of mix-in.
Bake at 350 for approximately 10-12 minutes. Don't overbake.
