Grandmas Fruit Leather

Alright ladies, I did it! I made Grandma J's fruit leather. Not only did I find a plum tree in dad's yard but all I added were pears, apples and a touch of honey. And BAM!! Here it is...and here is Jonathan's satisfied face. Now if I could only figure out how to make more of it faster?!??!
