Creamy Tomatilla Dressing
If you like the tomatillo/ranch dressing at places such as Bajio, Cafe Rio, or Costa Vida then this is a pretty amazing substitute. Personally, I could drink the stuff. A big "Thank You" to Michelle for passing it along several years ago!
Ingredients:
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk dressing
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayo
3 tomatilla’s (look like green tomatoes- a must!)
2 gloves of garlic
1 cup fresh cilantro
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
Blend all ingredients in the blender. Refrigerate.
